Community User Badges
In a community, it helps to know something about the people you are interacting with. Some of the quick items that are nice to know are what kind of experience they have, are they experienced in helping others, how long have they been part of the community? With the community badges displayed on each member's bio, other users can get some quick insight into these and other aspects of community members. Because not everyone has the same job or the level of experience, community badges also come in many levels. Here is an explanation of each badge, the available levels and how users can get expand their experience.
Community Member Levels

- Has been a member of the site for 4-6 months
- Has provided insight into 30 conversations
- Has 75 connections
- Has a completed profile
- Has signed up 5 new members to the community

Expert
- Has been a member of the site for 7-9 months
- Has provided insight into 75 conversations
- Has 125 connections
- Has a completed profile
- Has signed up 15 new members to the community
- Has submitted 2 use cases to the community on how they provide superior customer service

- Has provided insight into 150 conversations
- Has 175 connections
- Has a completed profile
- Has signed up 25 new members to the community
- Has submitted 4 use cases to the community on how they provide superior customer service
- Has participated in at least 1 video interview between Verint and your center

Role Identifier (Each badge has the following ranks available 1: Agent 2: Manager 3: Director 4: Executive 5: C-Level)
